I signed up for one of those "sign up and get a ton of freebies from random people you don't know (but should!)" paloozas.

And one thing stuck me.

Each one of them are so... energetic. And earnest. And I, I am not either of those.

I realized that I've been hoarding so much energy + passion to give my clients and family that I have like ZERO to give to myself.

So after working out the logistics with my amazing spouse, I'm taking a few days off from family stuff. It's like a sick day, but with the good snacks, not just saltines + ginger ale.

I'm hoping to come back somewhat refreshed and with some ideas on how to more evenly deal out my energy.

How do you deal with burn out?
